        In order to summarize and promote the successful experience of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Longhua District, and further guide and encourage the majority of manufacturing enterprises to accelerate digital transformation, a special series of "2022 benchmarking cases of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in Longhua District" is launched, and 39 outstanding cases of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in the region are selected. We aim to fully showcase the innovative practices and results achieved by these companies in the process of digital transformation. 


        Through the release and promotion of special cases, we can further promote the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, accelerate the industrial digital development, and provide useful reference and guidance for the digital transformation of Longhua District and even the whole country.

MES system


Design an MES system, including the integration of modules such as process, planning, workshop operations, quality, and equipment; Realize production monitoring, data recording, real-time monitoring, early warning, and traceability through MES system; Building an intelligent manufacturing platform, improving management capabilities, optimizing production efficiency and product quality.


Implementation of intelligent devices


Introduce automation equipment to achieve processes such as solidification, welding, packaging, granulation, and testing. Through the integration of MES and EPP systems, achieve digital production, improve research and development and production capabilities, optimize product quality, and achieve intelligent green lean production.
